Drive your drill around and collect the gems. Buy upgrades and fuel whenever you can. No, really, buy fuel as often as possible. It's not a hard game to play, but it can be hard to master. The farther down you go, the more the gems are worth. You can upgrade your drill, bin, fuel tanks, etc... Reminds me of digdug, without the pump. Just keep digging down to continue the story line.
