You represent and alien society interested in love and harmony. And so you're job is to forcibly kidnap and brainwash human soldiers into becoming pacifists.Abduct soldiers by flying over them. Wait until they are pacified, then release them with the space key in an empty area. The level finishes when all of the soldiers on the battlefield are either fully pacified or dead.
