Charazay Basketball Manager is a free basketball game where you take the lead over your own virtual basketball team and lead it to glory. There are participants from all over the world! You are both manager and coach of the team. You can buy and sell players, invest the club’s money in a bigger arena or promote players from the youth squad (Rookies). Choose your tactics before each match, decide what kind of training your players need, decide whether your best player is ready to play in the upcoming match, and much much more.
Gameplay
TrainingEvery week you get to choose what kind of training you want to concentrate on. The effects of the week’s training always appear on Wednesday evening (18.00), so you have to change your training before this. The end time of the training for your team can change every week due to server load. Usually every team receives the training before 20.00 (server time).
CoachesClubs can hire coaches that assist with training. Each coach has skills similar to players, and these skills determine the coach’s ability in training those skills. Players will receive a bonus in training if the coach’s ability is greater than the player’s ability. If you have more than 1 coach, the coach with the highest training skill will train your players. The greater the difference between the coach’s and player’s skill, the more training the player will get.
Aside from assisting with training, the experience of a coach can also assist with improving team chemistry. The more experience a coach has, the greater the team’s chemistry will rise if there are no other changes to the team.
EconomyThe economy is one of the most important aspects of the game. If you keep your economy balanced your team will have more opportunities to become a great one! So remember to always check your balance and do not let it go into red numbers too long.
TransfermarketThis is the place to be if you want to sell a player, or buy one. Here you can see, if there are bids on your players, or for which players you currently are the highest bidder and also the remaining amount of incoming transfers.
MatchesThere are a variety of matches that teams can play throughout the week. For each match you have to select at least 5 players from your team to start on your bench. Teams that play with only 5 players have a risk to give away a walkover due to fouls or injuries of the players. If your team gives away a walkover you may receive other penalties. The hometeam has a small advantage over the awayteam.
National CupEvery team participates in their countries National Cup. The teams from the highest division will start in second round. All matches are randomly drawn, so you never know who you’ll play in the next round. Except the final of course.. The team with the bigger arena will play at home. There is no home court advantage. Ticket income is split 50/50.
Matches are played on Thursdays. The beginning of the cup may change from country to country, based on the length of the competition. The cup final always take place on the 14th week of the season.
National TeamIn Charazay Basketball Manager there are three different National Teams: the senior national team, the U21 national team and the U18 one. All players from a country will be able to play in the senior NT, while only players up to 21 (or 18) years old will be able to play in the other two teams.
As a new player, other players may seem to you to be more advanced and much stronger, and you may feel that there is too much challenge.
