Each club plays on average five to seven matches a day! New clubs are automatically assigned some friendly in which they will meet other new clubs. In this way, you can try out different tactics before the league matches start in the forthcoming season.

Setup your very own tactic
In Virtual Manager you can setup the tactic you want your team to use. You can move players over the field via a fancy drag'n drop feature. Furthermore, you can setup several different instructions for your team, i.e. mentality (offensive/defensive), passing style, tempo, tackles, focus on the field and more. These instructions can also be applied to a player individually.

The game includes an advanced match engine which is capable of interpreting your tactics and instructions as well as the players' physical and mental attributes. Every match can be viewed in "2,5D" as shown on the screenshot. By analyzing the matches through the match viewer, the clever manager will be able to adjust the tactic to perfection.
